The band as Trademark formed in 1995, but founder members Stuart Meads and Oliver Horton first started making music back in 1988 when they were both under 10 years of age!! Stuart and Oliver then set about writing several songs between 1996 and 1998 and were joined in 1999 by Paul Soulsby at which point they decided to record their first album which was called "Audiologue" which was made available on their website.
In 2002 the band set about playing live for the first time and started writing their second album which was called "Fear:Disconnection" which was very well received and was made available to fans on their live dates.
2004 saw the band make their biggest breakthrough as they were chosen as support for a nationwide tour with The Human League. A year that also saw them release an EP "This Is Our Trademark" and also their third album "Want More".
A further high profile support slot was gained supporting John Foxx in 2006!
Their third album "Raise The Stakes" was released in 2007 which featured the track "Toe The Line" which was featured on the soundtrack to the film "Goal 2 - Living The Dream".
